Worked for hotels managment for 40 years occupying managerial positions up to general manager and chairman for 30 years in several countries. Board member of grand Holidays management company for hotels and clubs. One of Ayady founders since 2001. Currently, he is the Chairman for Ayady 4040

He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Alexandria University in 1986, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Amr is one of the founders of AYADY 4040 and has worked with the largest construction and real estate development companies in the region, has implemented and developed several ERP systems including AYADY 4040 with extensive experience as a certified internal auditor from the UK in 1996 for Total Quality Management, with extensive knowledge in technology Information was able to bring Ayady to international standards in the field of information technology and ERP to serve the board of directors, management and team Ayady for quick decision-making.

Hossam is certified as public accountant from Oregon, USA and he is currently a partner in KPMG Hazem Hassan, the biggest accounting and consulting firm in Egypt and the Middle East. One of Ayady founders in 2001 Hossam has Graduated in 1985 from Faculty of Commerce, University of Alexandria and was licensed as a CPA from Oregon in 1996. Hossam is the treasurer of Ayady 4040

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University in 1976, holds a Bachelor’s degree in commerce. One of Ayady founders in 2001 Osama an entrepreneur & business man diversified into multiple industries such as Automotive, Retail as well as real estate. Backed up by more than 40 years of experience in the region, with 3000+ employees his group of companies represents the largest global brand names as the sole distributor and master franchisee such as Bridgestone/Firestone – Burberry- Salvatore Ferragamo - Tommy Hilfiger - Polo Ralph Lauren just to name a few. Ossama is also the honorary council of South Africa in Alexandria since 2000. One of Ayady founders in 2001 He has also been a board member for the general authority for investments & free zones & several companies & institutions.

Graduated from the Faculty of Arts - American University in 1983, majoring in Business Administration. He is the founder and CEO of Global Trading Company in Cairo from 1989 to date. He is also the founder and CEO of Ceramed trading company in Dubai from 2011 to date. Shareholder and board member of several leading companies in the food industry, Express Food Industries, Express Modern Agriculture, Kemet For Natural Food to date.

Graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Alexandria University in 1981, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in science. He obtained an MBA and his Doctor of Business Administration degree from AAST. He has 40 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry such as being appointed as CEO of Pharco Corporation one of leading Pharmaceutical companies in Egypt . As well as being Board Member of several organizations. Dr. Helmy started the Pharmaceutical Chemical Industry in Egypt and developed the new drug for Virus C at a cost of 0.1% of the international price with a cure rate of 98%.

Holds Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from AUC and earned a Diploma in Investment Evaluation from Harvard University in 1993 nominated by Fulbright Institute. He worked in the fields of Real Estate Investment and Tourism in Egypt and worldwide. Sherif is the Founder and Board Member of “Gaya” for sustainable Urban Development. As well as volunteering in some non-profit charitable organizations, such as being Board Member of “Trous Misr Foundation” for development, Board Member of “Ahl Misr Foundation” for constructing a hospital for burns, former Board Member of “Dar Al-Orman Association”, Founder and former Board Member of “Shifaa Charitable Organization”.

Holds Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina state University in 1992. He Served as a Lecturer at Arab Academy for Science and Technology (AAST). Currently, he is the President of Konouz International Shipping & Trading Co., Egypt. Dr. Tawfik is a member of Alexandria Business Men Association, Operations Research Society of America, Institute of Industrial Engineers, Alexandria Chamber of Shipping and Egyptian Engineers syndicate.

Graduated from License of Laws –Alexandria University. The Chairman & C.E.O of Finmar Shipping Company (S.A.E.) - Arkas Egypt for Shipping - Yang Ming Shipping (EGYPT) S.A.E, Chairman of Alexandria Chamber of shipping, Vice President of the International Federation of Shipping Agencies (FONASBA) for Africa, Vice President of the Arab Federation of Chambers of navigation, Member of the Board of the Alexandria Port Authority. Chairman of El-Itthad Elsakndry Sporting club, Member of Alexandria Business Association, Member of Egyptian Junior Business Association, Member of American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt.
