Purpose of this guide: To walk you step by step through every safe and trusted way to donate to Ayady 4040 in support of cancer treatment for patients who cannot afford care, while answering common questions and explaining how your donation helps save lives.

Available ways to donate

1) Online donation (fastest and most widely used)

  • Visit Ayady 4040’s official donation page: https://ayady4040.org/ar/donation
  • Choose the donation amount and type, then enter your payment details securely.
  • You will receive an instant confirmation email.

2) Bank transfer

You can donate via bank transfer from inside or outside Egypt using the accounts listed under the “Bank Transfer” section on the donation page: https://ayady4040.org/ar/donation

3) InstaPay

Donations are available via the InstaPay app under the Donations section within the app.

4) Fawry

At any Fawry branch or payment point:

  1. Tell the cashier you want to donate via Service Code Payment to Ayady 4040.
  2. Provide the service code: 933 (Bed Sponsorship), 968 (Chemotherapy Treatment), or 969 (Medical Equipment).
  3. State your donation amount; the cashier will enter the donor’s mobile number on the Fawry terminal.
  4. Wait to receive a receipt that shows Ayady 4040 and the donation type.
  5. To confirm the donation was received, you may call 03-3785040 during working hours after 72 hours.

5) Mobile wallets

  • Orange Cash: Dial #7115#, choose the donation type (Zakat, Sadaqah Jariyah, Bed Sponsorship, Patient Meal), and follow the steps.
  • Vodafone Cash: Dial *9*143# and follow the instructions to donate to Ayady 4040.

6) In-person donations

You can donate in cash at Ayady 4040’s office or request an authorized representative to collect donations in Alexandria, Cairo, and Giza by calling 16824.

7) Corporate giving and CSR

  • Sponsor full treatment sessions, specific medications, or medical equipment.
  • Annual partnership protocols to support specific care pathways.

8) In-kind donations

  • Unopened, in-date medications (per acceptance policy), medical supplies, and devices.
  • Please contact us first to confirm current needs and whether items can be accepted.

9) In-memory giving

You can dedicate your intention as Sadaqah Jariyah, Zakat, Bed Sponsorship, or donate in memory of a loved one.

10) SMS donation

  • Send a blank SMS to 94040 to donate to Ayady 4040.
  • Each message costs EGP 5.

 

Zakat is accepted at Ayady 4040 Hospital

  • Zakat may be directed to support cancer treatment for patients in need under widely held jurisprudential opinions (poor and needy categories).
  • For your peace of mind, we provide an option to mark your donation intention as zakat.

 

How your donations are used

  • Chemotherapy and radiotherapy: Treatment sessions and supportive medications.
  • Lab tests and imaging: Including CT scans, MRI, and routine labs.
  • Psychosocial support: Counseling and patient support services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive an official receipt?

Yes. You will receive an official stamped receipt from Ayady 4040 Association and the Ministry of Social Solidarity when donating in cash, by Visa card, or by cheque, whether at the association’s office, through the call center, or via an authorized representative.

Is my data secure?

Is there a minimum donation amount?
